After some advice as im looking to get sky in my 'house'

I live in a self contained granny flat/ annex next to my parents house, it has no phone line and the wifi signal from the main house is poor at the best of times, im wondering if sky would be able install a sky+ box into my place because of the lack of phone line and very sketchy internet signal. I know at our old house with multi room we had to connect the boxes up to the phone line and they said that this was to check that the boxes were being used at the houses they were ment to.

Thanks

Most boxes callback via broadband now. My box hasn't been plugged in for the last year at least.

OP, I have some friends and family codes if you decide to go ahead. Just PM me.

Details:
"Friends without Sky TV

Your mates can get Sky TV half price for a year when they take the Family Bundle - just £16.50 a month for 12 months. Plus they’ll get a Sky+ HD box (£10 set up fee applies). And that’s not all – they can also add half price Sky Movies and Sky Sports, both available with half price HD (the Complete Bundle) - saving more than £425 over 12 months."
Thanks for your help, I phoned sky yesterday and they said i can have a box without a phone line i just won’t be able to use the on demand features

Tycho thanks for the offer i will contact you near the time of getting sky thumbup
