Simple poll really.
Bought a 48" telly earlier in the year and really like it, thought it may look big in the room but really doesn't look that different from the 32" it replaces on the wall.
Over to you, bonus points if you have an interesting delivery story involving Eastern Europeans.

I didn't have a tele until I got married (to an Eastern European, in fact) a few years ago. Now have a 42" plasma jobby with a Bulgarian satellite contract and usually no UK channels because the freeview reception here is so rubbish.
So I have my pick of American films badly dubbed into Bulgarian to watch. One day I might get around to putting up a second dish for free-sat.

48 here. The old 32" TV broke so I went out to buy a new one, in the shop they had a few massive curved screen ones and next to them the 48 looked very reasonable, it was only when I got it home I realised that it is actually A LOT bigger. It does fit, and doesn't look too council as our living room is fairly big but it took a few days to get used to!

I have a 32" and suspect a much larger screen wouldn't look much different either, as mine is one of the earlier LCDs and has a rather large frame (3-4" all round). Newer tvs have a very narrow frame (<1").We have a 21" flat screen HD!
But most impressively I'm in control of a full 12" in the bedroom.
If you want to know what 12" in bedroom feels like, it's like watching one colour changing LED with the radio on.
It's not so bad the only time it's anoying is when you're watching a good murder mystery and they just point to the baddy and don't say his or her name.
