HDMI Distirbution - Extended cables or Category cables?

I've been asked to install a network & multimedia system into a new social club building. The networking side of things im perfectly fine with. It's an issue regarding the TV's im struggling to find a definitive answer for so far.

The plan is to install 4 Smart TV's and a Projector, all of which will have HDMI connections. What I'm trying to work out is what the best way of connecting one sky box to all these displays will be. I know I will need a HDMI distributor (If anybody has any recommendations for one) Which will be behind the bar with the sky box. It's taking the connection from there too each display. The building is pretty large, and some of the run's will be quite long. Haven't worked out the distances just yet, i'm off to do the site survey this afternoon. However I could be doing a run of about 50M especially to where the projector will be.

What's the best way of achieving this? Extended HDMI cables or running over Category cables, and if so, whats the best way of doing this and what will be needed besides the category cables?

Also there will be two sky box's being installed so the installation will in essence need to be purchased twice as well.

Right, ill get a box of cat 6 on the order form then. It will be 2 single source systems. Two sky box's, feeding 5 screens, but with the ability to have some screens showing one box whilst others with the other.

E.g sky box one on HDMI 1 & skybox two on HDMI 2
