I'm buying a tv tomorrow, need help to decide

I think I've narrowed my choice to either the panasonic http://www.richersounds.com/product/tv---all/panas... or the Sony http://www.richersounds.com/product/tv---all/sony/...

Heart says panasonic but head says Sony because it's 5 inches bigger. Any input from resident experts greatly appreciated!
