Help me choose

My plasma packed up last week and now looking to upgrade. I've narrowed it down to 2 TV's that are in budget and the smallest size I want. LG 55EG910V and LG 55EF950V. Both are OLED, The only problem I'm having is do I spend the extra £300 and get the 4k version. The cheaper 1080P is curved which I know is a bit of gimmick but from what I've read LG's are not as curved as other manufacturers so shouldn't be to much of a problem. The more expensive one is flat screened which is ideally what I'd want. From sitting position to the screen is about 10 feet. Am I going to see any difference from that distance between the 2?

We VERY rarely watch broadcast TV. Everything is streamed/DVD or gaming. Just had a quick look on google and the B6's are out of what I want to spend really. Unless they take another nose dive very soon. Everyone seems to be around to £2200 mark. I think it might have to be the 950.
