TVR Berkshire meet Concours Of Elegance - Windsor Castle 7-9

Hello team,
As I am now the RO for Berkshire we better get the ball rolling.
not sure if you are aware that there is an event in Windsor next Sunday and one of our kin has his car on show. I thought it might be nice to pop along and lend a hand in the noise department. We can't park in the show ground of the castle. But I can get us close enough, Im thinking spot of lunch at the Windsor castle pub possibly. Give me a shout if you are free next Sunday lunch time and we can get something sorted out.
I have spoken to Ian the landlord and the car park is good for 50 spaces and he will reserve some space if we book a table or two.

1. BACKGROUND
It is a great pleasure to welcome you to the Windsor Castle Concours of Elegance. We hope that you will enjoy the experience and we certainly look forward to seeing your cars. These are your instructions to where you will need to be, at what time and information to make sure you have as smooth an access and exit as we can manage. Much of this plan has been done in accordance with the Castle, the Police and the Crown Estate (managers of The Long Walk). It is a high security area and Windsor is a busy town, so it is much appreciated if you could adhere to the requests set out in these instructions.
2. TIMINGS
There are 4 car clubs arriving on Sunday, and you will be parked in order of arrival on The Long Walk. A plan of the site is attached to this instruction. We strongly request that the timings given below are
kept to, to prevent congestion at the access point to The LongWalk and to allow sufficient time to park without blocking the driveway. All these timings are based on the fact that the show opens at 0930 and visitors will be using The Long Walk for entry into the event. For those who have time on their hands before the event opens Windsor High Street is very close by and also the Crown Estate catering unit will be on hand offering the sale of refreshments.
DESIGNATED ARRIVAL TIMES
i. Octane Owners 0800-0820
ii. Bentley Drivers Club 0800-0820
ii. Jaguar Drivers Club 0820-0840
iii. Vauxhall Heritage 0840-0900
iv. Marcos Owners Club 0840-0900
v. TVR Car Club 0840-0900
For the avoidance of doubt these are the times when you should be at the entry point from Albert Road the LongWalk. If you arrive early we will pull you forward onto The LongWalk and ask you to ‘park up’ on the side to await your slot, so as not to cause a traffic jam on the Albert Road.

I'm displaying my Aston at this event on Saturday. Just a note, if you're planning on entering the actual concours in the Castle you will need photo ID and I've been told no jeans or trainers. The club displays are outside the Castle arranged along the long walk - you should have received windscreen stickers to display as it's not a random turn up and park type event. Of course you may know all this but I couldn't see it mentioned in the thread.

Yeah I realise that but I didn't know you lot were going to be invited until I saw this thread a few moements ago! Anyway, well done Phil for getting the Tivs in there and enjoy the day! I'll have to pop down to a meeting again, haven't been for a few years.
