year (2015!) will be on the 18th of Jan starting at 1130.

Yup, if the weather is utter rubbish on the day, best not to go. Don't want any accidents!

Jan and Feb are always small months - either buried under snow, washed out or very cold.

If I remember last Feb meet (2014) the weather was very sunny and had a lot of cars come
which was unusual for that time of year.
