Duxford Imperial War Museum - car show 1st May - numbers
Hi folks
Following on from a successful spring car show at Duxford last year, I'm now starting the process of getting us registered for the Duxford Spring Car show this year (if everyone is up for it again, of course!
) We had loads of TVRs last year from a number of different regions.The Duxford imperial war museum is located just south of Cambridge and is very easy to reach just off the M11 (a couple of minutes at most).
It can be reached from Stansted in just under 30-40mins up the M11.
Displaying at the show gives you free access to the entire museum site at a much cheaper rate than standard entry fees.
It is also the home of one of the best Air Museums in the world and is generally a great day out.

This event is open to any regions who want to come. However, due to insurance reasons only TVRCC members can come with us.

Hi Nigel, I'm afraid I'm going to have to err on the side of caution now. We are just over our allocation with a
number of late people adding their names and I've just been informed that another region are also "popping"
along with maybe not booking any allocation for themselves which means things may be very tight.
As such, I'm afraid I'm going to have to say too late now.
I would say come down as a individual participant as you can always get into the non-car club area, then if
the TVR area looks like it has space free, sneak in
TBH - some people will probably not turn up - there are always a few that don't, but I cannot predict until
it happens.
