New Amazon Prime Streaming - total crap!

Got the same email earlier in the week, and was suitably livid, all set to cancel Prime, etc. Then noticed that it told me that (a) I would get streaming at no additional cost from 26 Feb 14, but (b) I wouldn't be charged the new £79 rate until March 2015.

I estimate that there is zero chance I will renew Prime in March 15, but at least I'm not getting done over before then.

Well as a prime customer I thought I would try it, utter ste with lots of stuttering. Anything that I actually wanted to watch was chargeable, what happened to the free of charge they have advertised?

Charging £79 for this and prime is too much, if they don't sort it out then this one customer who won't be renewing...
