I don't have to walk too far to name one. 2001, No country for old men, Master&commander to name a few and different. But the real thing, the one that gives me goosebumps, is this.

For some reason I can't even name.

So what's yours?

Either "As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a gangster" or "Choose Life"
So Goodfellas or Trainspotting. Both very good!

I might be wrong, but was it FC Kahuna in the beginning?

Top Gun

From about 2:25 onwards being the best part.
Without any meaning to offend - what exactly is great about that beginning? Some planes, crappy 80's music and a bunch of fatmen making american gestures?

There will be blood.
Reminded me of another jem - Cohen brothers' "True grit". Nothing particularly awesome, but the sheer quality of filming is chilling for me.

Same true for this masterpiece https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTI5GBqdMxo
