Documentary about people who make their living from crimes involving cars, from a man who steals vehicles to order to another who stage-manages car crashes to cash in on the resulting insurance claims.

And this just demonstates why our current laws are absolutely no deterrent what so ever to people like this. The are doing it for fun and because it makes them feel "gangster" or whatever. I think it's about time we made some proper laws that actually make this sort of thing a lot less "fun".

I'd suggest the following:

1) 1st conviction. 30s per victim, victims get a choice of baseball bat or cricket bat
2) 2nd conviction. 1min per victim, victims get a choice of sword.
3) 3rd conviction. Only 10 sec per victim, but victims get a choice of chain saw / minigun

I'd suggest that crime rates would fall very quickly indeed with those laws.......
I'd favour a bolt gun - as in No Country For Old Men.

Just a thought, as Romania is part of the EU why can't interpol go to these scumbags houses and seize them as its been paid for from stolen items. If i paid cash for a house that came from dodgy deals id have the authorities on my case pdq.If i actually got that far.
I'm guessing it's man-power and the 'let the motorist pay more in premiums to cover the cost'.

I can't see why Jamie Fatbloke is so pleased with himself, he's spent half his life in prison, he's a useless failure.
Agree and, alarming that folk in the local appear to look-up to such a character.
