Avengers : Age of Ultron

So they have released the first official teaser trailer and loving the tone of this... Spader's voice is totally menacing.
Oh.... And HULKBUSTER!!!

Ps. Random fact...The snow bits were filmed earlier this year in Blackwater, Hampshire (about 600yds from my parents house).

It's almost a shame Marvel have confirm 'Captain America 3' with Chris Evans. If that was kept secret 'that' moment in the trailer would be even more hard hitting and 'holy cr@p'.
Although this is Joss Weadon.... Part of me expects a big ish death at some point (I'm looking at you Hawk Eye)

I wouldn't put it past them.
We all know who the Captains replacement is after all and this does appear to be the traditional dark middle of the triology.
It also looks AWESOME!
Anyone else just think of the The Blacklist when listening to it though?
True, however Evan's is confirmed in the role for Cap3 already. I did think he was signed for Avengers 3 too?We all know who the Captains replacement is after all and this does appear to be the traditional dark middle of the triology.

We know first chance begets Weadon will kill someone. It's his way
Would be one hell of a flashback though....
They have already confirmed him in the title role of Cap3 and currently they are rumoured to be pitting him against.... Robert Downey Jnr as Iron Man.
Looks like Civil war is definitely coming to the Marvel cinematic universe (and I think Winter Soldier proved that Evans is up to the task of the heavier more political side of the marvel stories).
Of course all the Cap3 news could be very deliberate big Red herrings to hide the fact that they are actually killing him here. It's Joss, anything could happen.
Although saying that Crossbones did appear in Cap2, and it is he who shoots Rogers during the Civil war storyline.... Could that be Cap3?
So many questions..... Dam you Marvel!!

Paxton's last scene in S1 is brilliant!!
Isn't it just!!To the other poster regarding Maria Hill working for Stark while knowing Fury and Coulsen are both alive.
Well Fury appears in Age of Ultron (he's in the linked trailer) So the avengers know about/find out about him.
As for Coulsen being alive.... That would be a fantastic movie cameo moment if they decide to do it. If you have seen to the end of AOS series 1 you will know why.

random linked fact....i got into quite a lot of trouble for running out in front of a tank in nearly the exact location there's the tank in that trailer when i was a lot younger
It was filmed around the Hawley end of the woods and there were set picture on "Get Hampshire" just after they finished filming. I remember my folks telling me that the army were 'really active' at their end of the woods and only put two and two together after reading the article.Funnily enough that was my stomping ground too when younger so can't wait to see the movie as the way the hills fall in that area is going to be easy to spot for me exactly where they are at any point .
ps. I once had to swerve off the "tank tracks" (you should know where I mean) on my mountain bike as I was riding as quick as I could down them and a bloody tank turned on at the bottom... and he wasn't going to move.
Thankfully I fell off the bike as it went on to hit a tree full speed and snapped the frame. I got such a bking from my Dad for that :'(
Watched this yesterday morning in 3D.
Simple review... Loved it.
Detailed (but spoiler free) review...
Joss Wheadon really does know how to put together a character ensemble better than many other directors. Everyone gets a good spot in the limelight here but for me the stand out from the original team is actually Hawkeye. He is great in this movie, gets loads to do and hands down gives the best 'pep talks' ever!
Ultron is played very well by Spader, not big on the comic version of him so don't know how 'accurate' he is but here he is properly menacing but has masses of actual personality too. A proper threat.
The new introduction to the twins (Scarlett Witch and Quicksilver) is good but it's the 'other guy' who is exceptionally cool. Don't want to spoil him as he has been left out of most of the marketing for a reason, his introduction is a great moment and the way he plays is just so tonally perfect. The way he plays off the other avengers is just great, especially Thor. Almost my new favourite marvel superhero already (gotta love hulk though)
Footnote, not plot related...
Earlier in the thread I mentioned that they filmed some of this on the old 'BMX track' in Hawley Woods, Hampshire. I grew up near there and the section of woods they filmed in was my old stomping grounds as a kid. I was hoping to recognise some of it (the way the hills step down is very distinctive and there is a series of jumps and banked corners that used to make up out track that are still there today) but wasn't holding my breath.
Seeing Captain America riding his motorcycle not only on the track that I could recognise but actually following the route we used to ride too!! Up the jump, hard left on the banked corner... That was a proper geek out moment!! (But he did take one of the corners wrong, if he had gone lower he would have got a faster run into the next one )

That's it folks show how mature you can be
So you come into a thread on a subject you consider childish and insult the people who enjoy it. Yet when people react somehow they are the immature ones?Yeah, keep telling yourself that cupcake. Guess the air is thin on the pedestal of superiority you think your sitting on, it's giving you delusions that you matter.

It really was amazing... In fact next time i get a chance I'm tempted to pop up there and take photos of 'the track' and have a look around.
Watched Graham Norton last night, it is actually super funny. Jeremy Renner and Mark Rufalo are funny blokes.
As for Falcon.... He didn't die in Winter Soldier, he was with Steve Rogers right at the end of the film when he agreed to help Cap in his mission to find Bucky. Quite a big scene (by Nick Fury's grave)
