Really looking forward to this, starts tonight at 9pm on BBC2 - Based on Danny Baker's autobiography, with Peter Kay playing his dad.

His autobiography is probably the only book that has had me laughing out loud, so if the show is anywhere near as good, it should be a great watch.

Good start to the series, with some laugh out loud moments, especially the trousers....now if I can just get past Peter Kay's awful cockney accent...why didn't they just cast a proper cockney? The main thing that makes Peter Kay funny (in my opinion) is his Bolton accent so not sure what he adds to this

Will look past it though. I loved the books and love Danny Bakers radio shows - Loved it when he had the breakfast show on BBC Radio London years ago....used to actually try to take longer getting to work so I could listen to them.
