Star Wars. The best order for kids to watch?

I've half-heartedly tried to get my lad to watch Star Wars over the years when spotted it on the telebox. I just asked if he wants to go and watch the movie and was told no!

So, I clearly need to dedicate some father and son time to forcing him to watch the movies up to now.

But in which order? PH decides.....

I just sat and read ALL that! Didn't initially pay attention to the website name so nearly had to ask why 'machete'. It certainly seems to make sense, although perhaps anyone *that* emotionally involved with the franchise could argue similar for a different order.

I can't even find 4,5,6 on DVD, think I may have lent them to a since-forgotten person. We could watch these (1,2,3) says my lad - showing enthusiasm, but better do it properly.
