just watched the latest one with Duckies previously unknown half brother
Nice and gentle story but much as I love the show I think its flattened.
Its not the lack of Ziva just that the thing itself seems a little tame now. In light of all the CSI's having gone into the sunset I wonder if NCIS will get a new series this time round

What channel and series? Keep on loosing track on what series I have seen, too many repeats!
Sorry I meant as the other guy says series 13 Just done episode 11Its interesting that the other guy says its the most popular programme in the world as I seem to recall CSI touting that line themselves.
I don't have an issue with Bishops character and its now a long time since Ziva did one anyway so its not a comparison thing. It just seems to be that the most interesting things in it now are back story inserts (the "Ducky history" being the main one)
I hope it continues but maybe it needs a shot in the arm. The series finale last time seened weak as Gibbs has been shot that many times. By far the best ending was series 11 which I thought handled a characters death with great dignity ( and got me listening to Warren Zevon too)
