New HBO mini series, started here Sunday night. Very promising start, good tight story line, Riz Ahmed and John Turturro have the key roles. It's based on the BBC mini series Criminal Justice starring Ben Wishaw from 2008. Unlike the execrable Gracepoint (Broadchurch re make) is looks like the Americans have done a good job adapting it.

The most shocking think I got from episode 7 is the value of a NYC Taxi Medallion.

Just watched the last episode. Best drama of the year IMO.
