I liked his description of how Hyde Park hadn't changed in the 30 odd years since he first came to London. 'Samantha Witherington Scornforth is still riding endlessly round the park'.

Oh and not sure it was actually recorded yesterday, he apparently died last week and was buried at the weekend. I'm at a loss to know who's news to follow these days...
