I finished watching series 3 (the current, and latest) last night of Breaking Bad.

Mid way through this series I was getting really, really frustrated by it. They kept doing the most stupid of things, just when things were looking to go ok they (well, Jessie) would do something utterly idiotic and stupid and get Walt into trouble.

I don't know why, but I had to keep watching it. And then in the final one they killed the nicest guy in the world frown

It's made me a little angry this series, and I wanted to share that with the world.

Anyone else share my annoyance?!

That's the end of series 3, which I watched last night, and is the most current and up to date programme.

Series 4 starts next year (July I think).

I do wish Walt just let Jessie die on the numerous occasions he could have.

The "nicest guy in the world" I was referring to was Gale (the other cook).

Yup I think you're right. Bloody frustrating though.

I must say, I think Gus is brilliant (black boss bloke)

The end of the penultimate episode annoyed me (Walt running those blokes over). I actually slapped my forehead for him. You utter penis.

I loved the premis it started with - a modest guy learning the drugs trade. That was great. But it's moved on too much.

I'll check out Mad Men - thanks

I quite agree - Gus has been really nice to Walt and Walt has done nothing but fk him over every chance.

Hopeflly Gus stays in it next series - I like his character!

So very true - Jessie is the cause of ALL the problems. It angers me when he does stupid stuff, when they could have a lovely little business going on and all is well.

I did feel sorry for Gale. The twist with the LabNotes is quite intriguing though - I guess Walt's Brother-In-Law will get better and then be on that case looking for the HUUUUUUUGGGGGGGEEEEEE meth lab.

Interestingly, neither Gus nor Jessie said anything for an awful lot of the episode, which I thought was very well done.

Hank does seem like he's going to go nuts at someone. All the moodiness and such.

What annoys me about all of this is that they could have been mega filthy rich, and continue to be so, had they just not be fecking idiots.

eh?! I didn't see that bit (where was it?). I watched episode 3 last night, the one where they do lots with the car wash

That's what I thought - the sensible approach of Walt vs the wrecklessness of Jessie.

I think it would be a better show without Jessie, now yes

Jessie's really annoying me - and I always want him to come out badly. Weird for the supposed hero!

I wonder if Mike's just going to take Jessie to a condo or something and tell him to sort his head out

I imagine the end of the series will be Walt using the guy that Sol suggested (start new life)) and Jessie in a gutter.

I don't think there is one, frankly.

You'd have to wait for it to be shown on UK tv, which I don't believe it is yet.

Watched the most recent episode last night- it's a belter yes

what puzzles me though - and obviously it's Walt's drunkeness - is why he bloody had to say something about the genius. Just let it go and you're in the clear. But no, he has to say something.

Everything that's ever happened in this program is due to someone saying/doing something stupid.

Indeed - at some point there will be a realisation, and it will be great the way it works out biggrin
