I'm just sick of this country

Can't they see the horrendous damage these people are doing to the fabric of society

They are caught red handed doing this most disgusting crime against humanity and they are now lowering the fines

I'm telling you this is the end of the UK

I think - and hope - that thinforth is remonstrating, somewhat sarcastically, against the very idea of bin fines in the first place wink
I'm lucky if i remember the right day to put the bins out let alone the correct hour

I didn't even know there was a correct hour

Have we really reached a point where there are laws stating at which hour bins must be put out

There are dolites to be kept in the style to which they've become accustomed, my good man. Do your duty!
I was threatened with a fine a few years ago because i hadn't put my recycling bin out for 3 months

The fact i hadn't put my normal bin out for 3 months either seemed to escape them as i was on the other side of the world
