Sorry - I am really not trying to cause a fight, surely if it's filmed, lied or not about something, there is still grounds there? What did he lie about?

No idea but if the judge saw fit to stop the case because of it then it is serious. It would also mean that unless there is fresh evidence then all of that used is now null and void?
