Will Scotland be more entreprenurial after a yes?

I am just a little curious about this, the SNP and The Yes vote keep saying Scotland will be more successful after a yes vote and independence, how are they expecting this to happen?

Are they expecting a sudden surge in entrepreneurs to appear overnight and start creating jobs and wealth? If this the case then why haven't these people who are no doubt self motivated already started up and getting on with it?
