Nasty business. Spreading like wildfire, no known cure, and the birth defects caused are awful.

I was listening to an ex WHO chief on the wireless this morning. He said that it has it's origins in Africa, but spread to the Caribbean and central America. The mosquitos can travel easily on boats amongst food shipments, as well as disease carriers flying internationally.

There is no way this will be allowed to happen, there is too much money at stake. What's the betting that the IOC roll out some experts to rubbish this opinion.
