Apparently words stating gender are offensive to some and will now be removed and substituted with symbols.

What is even more astounding this that this stupid person was totally embarrassed by the TELEPHONE conversation, and on that basis took the ferry company to a discrimination tribunal.

And what about this contradictory statement from him/her:

'They are the ones that own the toilets and decide who uses their facilities. I did not want to be humiliated. Condor said the only facility I should be using are the disabled facilities.'

Obviously they are not able to decide then .....

What if you are is offended by the term "Transgender".confused
It only matters if you are transgender, nobody else's opinion is relevant to a certain element of transgenderites (is that a word?).

As a transgender 'woman' she could have just gone into the ladies toilets. Like any other woman. Without any prior phone call.

But then there wouldn't have been a court case and loads of publicity about all the special treatment 'she' thinks 'she' deserves... rolleyes
It does reek of a stitch up doesn't it.

Oh do fk off you stupid thing, they hardly put up "Ladies" and "Gents" just to offend you, you fking moron, why should they have to learn a lesson? I'm sure they'll sleep well at night knowing they've got your respect.
The lesson learnt is that it is cheaper to change the sign on the door rather than argue in a tribunal against a self centred bigoted twunt.
