What struggles would they be? They'll only struggle if they succumb to the mindset that because they're of the female persuasion they can't do certain jobs.

A lot of women don't go into STEM because it's seen as a male-dominated area, but that's because women don't seem to like those subjects and choose less "technical" fields which tend to pay less.

If you want to be successful, then you have to make the right choices and not let others do it for you.
