I can't help but wonder about the type of woman to actually say that. Presumably this waste of skin is well known in his local area. You would assume women are aware of his past. Therefore as bad as this guy is the women are just as hopeless for beliving his rubbish. Also, he may well not want to wrap up, they could refuse or take the pill. It takes two as they say.

Going off past form I think he just buys them chips.
