Estate agent fees

Hi folks, considering putting my flat on the market following a valuation today. The agent has quoted a fee of 2% plus vat, do I need to shop around or does this seem right? Location is Chiswick, West London. Thanks.

Yeah, really can't be ar$ed to market myself- spend a lot of time working away etc, good shout though. The % is interesting; because of the huge increase in values the agents are getting significantly more cash for doing the same job as 5 years ago in arguably an easier selling environment. 0.5% difference in the fee would be worth circa £3k.
