Do these jokers actually answer the phone? Twice today I've tried and been in a queue for over half an hour before giving up
Not had a statement from them for 2 years and know I must be very close to zero, but I'm stumped as to how I can find out if they won't answer the phone. Their website is just as useless given the value on there states it was last calculated 31/03/2013.
