Foreign rental income towards UK mortgage.

Does anyone know if there are any lenders that take foreign sourced (long term, NOT holiday home) residential rental income into consideration on a mortgage application. The rental home would not have a mortgage itself if that makes any difference.

Google hasn't helped much so far....
