Can you cast your eye over this and see if it seems reasonable?

My building is getting fecked over royally on the Buildings Insurance side and some of the costs quoted in this document don't sound terribly reasonable either...

It's a city centre block of 65 flats, one third are owned hence the distribution of costs. Estate includes a couple of private roads.

Sounds similar, however we also pay an in-block service charge, I think this works out about £300pa. Plus, the Buildinga Insurance for the 2 bed flats is running at an average of £400pa! This is currently the subject of a pending leasehold tribunal case.
