Impact of the US election on the dollar value

Anybody have any insight on the value of the dollar post election if it swings either way? I know it could go anywhere - but I would like to know some arguments as to why if possible.

I have a fair amount of money being paid to me from stock options in the US at the end of November which the fluctuation has quite an impact on. Given the dollars strength at the moment it would be a great time for me to cash out. Sadly I cannot until its maturity at the end of November.
