How do I get a new build onto the address databases?

I am having problems getting services (insurance, phones, deliveries) to my new build because the address does not appear in the 'find this address' facility on web sites. The small development has a post code and some of the databases seem to have one or more of the houses on site, one is occupied but the others are not. So far only one databse has had the house I am buying listed and that was wrongly spelled.

How do I get the house onto these databases?

I will chase the developer and the council, someone must have put it on somewhere as it appeared (incorrectly) on one site. Seems a bit hit and miss as I would assume they would register them all via the council as soon as the site was liveable. Not helped mind by 2 people deciding an almost identical house names ( we have no numbers).

Edit to add: spoke with coucnil and the addressing officer left on Friday for 2 weeks leave and nobody else is covering the job. Had to send my request by email.
