What's my neighbour building?

Ok I'm nosy and intrigued, next door are building behind their shed in a piece of land 20' x 16' x 3" triangle
But the plumbing going in has baffled me, large hot tub perhaps?

Now that would be funny, the building on the right is a summer house / games room ( & smoking funny fags room) at the bottom of the garden and yes there is a door that opens out that will now open into the new extension! There was a perfectly good shed here that's been demolished for this project.
They are working today and started putting cavity walls up, taken a pic from bedroom window to put a stop to the conspiracy fears

I've only taken one from the upstairs window!

Not seen how much they've done today as it's dark now, but they still have 4.5 pallets of celcon blocks out the front of the house so there's still a lot more to do.

Not a lot done yesterday, looks like they finished the floor and started laying out the blocks, I think it's electrics dead centre of the floor and water and 1.5" waste far left.

It's not adjoining his house, that's a summer house at the bottom of his garden,no work being done today.
