Hi, After a bit of advice on kitchen lighting. Have the electrician coming round this afternoon to discuss, but would like some opinions first.

We have a new kitchen being built which is approx 5.5m x 5.5m. The general agreement around here is that the ecoled Zep 1s are great lights. Any thoughts on how many lights would be required in this space, or how much space should be between each light?

Thinking about using LED tape around the kick boards, and underneath the wall cupboards, again the ecoled stuff looks good. How many drivers are required if I need 6 separate runs to get around the whole kitchen.

Also thinking about hooking this lot up to some kind of controller, maybe Lutron Grafik Eye QS. Any of our resident experts comment on its suitability, really want to be able to dim everything, but most importantly, I want to be able to reprogram it when we realise its all too bright!

Thanks

Thanks, have tried to contact Guy without much luck so far. Maybe the collective can offer some assistance, I am thinking about installing ZEP1s in the kitchen design below, the kitchen is 5m x 5m, and thinking of having 12 spots. Is this too many/ not enough, comments appreciated.
