What do you pay for a window cleaner?

We live in a small 2 bed house which has a total of 5 windows (one of which is postage stamp sized for the bathroom and is opaque so probably doesn't even need cleaning). We have just been quoted £50 for a one off clean. I reckon it will take the best part of 20-25 minutes to do them. Am I being tight? Is that the going rate? If it is I think I need to change careers (oh and get a head for heights, or at least a long squeegy on a pole). I remember when my parents had a window cleaner and it was £4 for a much bigger house with loads more windows but it was a few years ago now!

In a village between Warwick and Banbury. Yep we did ask for a one off clean so may try a different tack and an extension pole......
