Floor glue

Hi folks, any flooring gurus available for quick advice?

Which adhesive for engineered wood flooring being laid throughout downstairs onto chipboard sheet sub floor? Am I ok with a simple grab adhesive and should I seal the sub-floor with a PVA solution first?

Or is there a better option especially as this will be through the hall and kitchen?

Thanks guys, had a quick look and they all seem to be similar. Assume it's down to personal taste rather than one being better than another?
Any recommendations for suppliers or just walk into local builders merchant? I've got about 60 m2 so will need a barrow load
