Just took some Duke of Yorks out of a planting bag container.
Is there anything I could replace them with, I do have some turnips
in a "readycrate" type container, I think they would be better in there.
More room and deeper, would they transplant or is there something else I can
plant instead?

Thanks.

Thanks for the ideas guys, didn't think spuds would go again.
Now need to find some seed potatoes, off to the garden centre.

Took these out today and sowed some Autumn King carrots in both empty bags. (2.9kgs)
When the King Edwards come out I think its gonna be Turnips moved, soil and all into one bag and
possibly runner beans or beetroot, can'beat variety.

Thanks for the pointers,

Dave.
