Refreshing A Wood Look GRP Garage Door

My wood look GRP garage door was dull and faded around a year ago.

IIRC I wiped WD40 over the surface which rejuvenated it but it's gone dull again so I thought I'd ask for suggestions.

I wondered if Linseed oil might be worth a try

I'll try a small area but it has a "wood grain" finish so I suspect I won't be able to get the polish out of the grooves.

Thanks now you mention it I remember Baby oil being mentioned before.

Too late though - I used the linseed mixed 50:50 with W Spirit - looks great at the moment.
