One of our tenants has reported the oven not getting hot, upon inspection I've noticed it's a make that I'd never heard of before, Lamona, but it seems that it's widely used by Howdens.
This is not a new model, it's the LAM3202, what I'm after is some info on where the element is situated, hopefully just wants replacing, but ovens I've done before have had a simple plate at the back of the inside of the oven that you unscrue to gain access to the element.
I might add that this is not a fan oven.
Thanx.

It's Howdens own brand... fairly cheap and cheerful but being basic should be easier to fix
I do hope so, but I need to get the element out for our local shop to try and match it.

Just to update this thread, found the bottom element, ( which was oven out jobbie and unscrew the bottom plate ), was the problem, element was fine, a wire had come off, hopefully no more trouble, ( lives to regret saying that, lol ).
Thanx for all info supplied.

They'd reported saying that it wasn't working originally, but upon inspection, and reading the manual, and through posts on here, I realised that it worked using the 2 elements, so after checking the top element was working ok I then targeted the bottom one, ( after I found out where it was ), again, thanx to replies on here.
