What Garage?

Ok so base aside rough dimensions 10M wide 6.5M deep I've got about 15K to spend on getting the structure up. My house is block and render finished in cream. What do I go for? Web searches don't seem to turn up much. Local builder seems prohibitively expensive so thinking about concrete sectional in the same finish as the house. Wife will not entertain timber. Any advice/ experiences appreciated. I am thinking 1 bay garden stuff 1 bay toy storage 1 bay workshop. Daily runners will live outside.

Has anyone built a block and render of that size? My budget is 25K. £5K base, £15K garage, £5K tarmac drive
