Stuff found/taken from your new house

Whats your stories of stuff found in a new house or what did they previous owners/renter take/leave you.
Mine
Last owner spilt bleach all over the carpets of our new house, no idea why.
Another one let the grass/weeds grow 4ft high and left us the empty new mower box in the garage that they had bought for their new home and not to mention the ring of dust around where they had lifted the beds up but not hoovered
Another I found plant growing stuff in the loft - I dont think he was growing tomatoes.
