3d cnc maching costings?

Hi all, not sure if this is the right place for this but here goes. Does anyone possibly know what sort of ballpark figure i could be looking at to have a 20 inch bicycle wheel cnc cut out of a plastic/nylon type material.
Think along the lines of the old bmx skyway wheels but with 9 spokes.

I can sort a drawing out, probably 3d studio max, and unsure of exact material yet but probably nylon 66? Just looking for machining costs really
