I agree with this. A good fitter can make an average kitchen look superb; an average fitter can make a great kitchen look average.

I LOVE the roof lantern - where did that come from? I feel I may want to use something like that on my next self build.

If your roof tiles overhang, could water be running down and then under them and back into the building along the underside of the tile?
