How should I describe a former detached bungalow which has been extended to include a "proper" first floor, and extended outwards for insurance purposes ?

- is it still a bungalow (it's not a dormer extension) ?
- is it now a detached house ?
- an abomination ?

Zoopla rather unhelpfully has it down as an end-of-terrace.

Detached house ?

That's how it's been marketed. Upstairs is 3 double beds, full bathroom etc.

This is the bungalow next door, so should indicate how it would have looked originally. So, I think the extension would have been to the side & only partially into the previous bungalow roof. There is a pretty large loft space.

210sqm of abomination, near excellent schools. Aesthetics have been trumped.

Yes, the garages appear to be attached. Not sure what these means from a semi or detached classification - I suspect it's still the latter.
