Guys,

I need to replace the roof on my garage but don't have much information on what type of roof to replace it with. Can anyone provide the various options please any costs would greatly appreciated too. So for I all I know is I want a flat roof that's not corrugated etc.

The garage itself is about 16ftx16ft and has a asbestos roof.

Probably best to board and felt it. This will be a lot more expensive than a corrugated option.

Why don't you want corrugated?
Thanks I'm just not a fan of the way corrugated looks, also I am planning on boarding up and insulating the walls later on so am wondering if I should insulate the roof too? If so is board and rubber/felt the way to go?

Am thinking the along the same lines, a slight slope for the water to slip off. Does anyone have details of a reasonably priced roofing company around West London

Is the existing roof supported by steel angle iron, or timber ? It may need framing and decking. Pic would help.
Kinda both please see attached pic. It's in a bit of a state tbh. Many thanks for input guys, please keep it coming.

Cheapest way to do that is to put a dekra tile sheet on it. Flat roofing it will be mega bucks.

Many thanks for the all the input does anyone by chance now how much the dekra solution may be compared to a flat roof? Garage is about 16ftx16ft approx btw.

Moving forward I want to board and insulate the garage too so don't really want the exposed roof structure as it currently has.
