Simple question; and again all related to our ongoing prospective house purchase; are my figures correct?

Offered and negotiating on a house which has a 16 x 9 hardstanding that needs pulling up and turning into turf. It is placed direct centre of a large garden. Depth I am unsure off but it looks like it was once a garage behind the house. We could take a sledgehammer to it and hire a skip - but the cost of getting someone in to do this I am thinking circa 4 - 500 pounds? Excluding turf which I can lay myself.

Ironically we need the exact same size hardstanding installed at the bottom of the garden to erect a large summer house on - cost to lay - I am thinking a slight dig, levelling, boarding and concrete lay - cost circa £800?

Just trying to make sure our figures are right as we are maxing out to buy the house. There are other small bits to do but this would be a priority.

Cheers!
