Garden shed, build or buy?

I've got £500 budget for a half decent shed, 7x9ish size. Are there any decent ones out there for that sort of money? Failing that what sort of money would building one cost? I know it'll mean buying a nail gun However I've a decent compressor so even a decent branded one isn't that expensive.

Anyone built a shed and can give indications of cost? I have half looked at building an oak framed one in 75x75mm framework that seemed to come in at about £500 for materials.
