Recommend me a CCTV system for my house

Am hoping for some advice on the above.

Over the last B/H weekend we had some gypsies take up "residence" in the field next to our house.

We have been in contact with the relevant authorities to get them moved but since they claim to own the land we're expecting a long fight.

With this in mind I've decided it's time to beef up our security, we have an alarm and windows locks etc already, but am thinking of getting CCTV for the outside of our house. Can anyone recommend a good and cost effective system. If possible I'd rather remove it once they've gone so not looking to spend a fortune.

Thanks but I think they are totally pointless and won't make my wife feel any "safer". either.

Why Pointless? Scumbags are either scared off by cameras or not bothered about being caught. If its the latter then they will still do whatever they intend to do. The only advantage is they might give you the satisfaction of getting the scumbag caught.
