Has anyone had experience of this type of product(cementious boarding/cladding)not the old 1950's stuff but the ultra modern alternative to the Upvc cladding. Comments please.

Thanks for replies and advise, I'm looking at a new build / refurb' where this cladding has been used to good effect. Even the roof on the original section of the building has been clad with the boarding. Any downsides?

Really ?
Its a Victorian mission Hall originally, the roof was corrugated steel panels now replaced with look-a-like cemetious boards. Well at least that is what the estate agent told me when I enquired!

If you go to Rightmove and tap in location 'Pettaugh' you will see the converted property for sale at just over 300k.
