Having just moved into our new house we are going to follow advice from the survey and install ventilation tiles to the loft space which currently has no ventilation.

I have been advised I need four of these, two to the front and two to the rear in order to provide worthwhile ventilation.

Whist the roofer is here I am also going to get them to patch around a velux window that the felt is lifting from, causing minor water seepage inside.

What "in the region of" price can I expect to be quoted including VAT for this whole job from a local reputable roofer?

Thanks

Thanks.

The 90 was inclusive of vat and fitting and they are also going to patch some area's of flat felt roof where water is seeping in.

Just wondered if it was there or thereabouts and it seems to be.

Things seems to have rocketed in cost over the last few years.

Im not there, im South - plus I am fairly happy with the price and guys who came round, seemed very nice and not a hint of cowboy. Just wondered where the price sat for the work.

Can the work be carried out without any disturbance of the asbestos whatsoever?
Yes.

Plus it's not asbestos, it's asbestolux which is 5% asbestos. All the roofers that I have spoken to have barely batted an eyelid over it.
