best washing machine sub 750 ish also tumble dryer

Need a new washing machine our 13 year old hotpoint is playing up well it has been for the last year tbh.

Anyway there are only 2 of us so don't need huge drum. We would like auto dosing and quiet!
Seen a nice Bosch Serie 8 Logixx WAW28660GB its got 250 cash back on it at mo so comes in at roughly £250

As for dryer we have never had one and have no vent hole so needs to be condensing other than that no idea what else to look for.

Any help or views would be great!

what about combo washer dryers?

looked at the wd8000 samsung 12kg wash and 8kg dry looks good might be a bit big though as its got a bowed front

but are they any good we really only have space for the washer the dryer would have to sit on top of the work surface

tbh tumble dryers seem to weigh naff all so it shouldn't be an issue on the counter top except i might need to get the mrs a ladder

Would the cheapest miele be better than any other washer though?

Think I will go for the Bosch if I can find it in stock anywhere for a decent price most seem to be good :-(
